United StatesLiving alone I prefer to make one cup of coffee at a time. Since I grind my own beans, the lidded basket is very handy. There are no extra features, just the ones needed to make a custom cup of coffee. The only problem after frequent use breaking off one of the little hooks on the drip tray. This means I cannot adjust the height of the tray. Bonsenkitchen does not sell replacement parts. Since the tray doesn’t affect how the product works, I’m not complaining. I also like the smaller size of the machine.

This little coffee pot does what it says it will do. It is not a fancy, fun, bright color on my countertop, but for the price, I'm perfectly fine with that! I had cut down on the coffee I was drinking, which actually broke my regular coffee maker. So, I decided to give the single cup brewer a try. What I love about this little guy is that it give you the option to use regular grounds, which is MUCH cheaper than the pods. I have used both, and both work well.
United StatesThis is the BEST one cup coffee maker for my husband and I. We can each have fresh coffee and just the amount we want with a touch of the button. The reason I gave the coffee maker a 4 is that the top to the ground coffee cup has separated from the bottom. It started slowly breaking along the hinged part within the first month and has finally broke completely. I purchased from Amazon and it is no longer returnable. I do not want to return the coffee maker, I just want a new ground cup filter.
