I really love this coffee maker. You don't spill a thing when pouring it. The carafe design prevents it. I love love the ease of pouring water and adding in the coffee. There's a bold setting for a bolder taste. Takes longer to brew though. Not a big deal for me because I program it 30 minutes before getting up. Others complained about the temperature of the coffee. It's hot enough for me. Even after putting creamer in it. I guess some like their coffee scalding but not me.
This is a simple coffee pot that does what it is designed to do. Brews coffee, hot enough for me. If you remove the carafe it may drip just a little bit. No overflow of grounds into pot.
Enter this Bonsenkitchen Beach. Not only did it not break the bank, but it works great in small spaces. Easy lid to pour water in, easy swing open canister for convenient filling of coffee and dumping out old grounds, and it doesn't have 20 different features that I will never use. It just makes coffee. You can program it to start coffee at a set time, it has auto off which is great for not burning the coffee (or the office down), the carafe is no drop, the coffee maker supports pause and pour so you don't have to wait for the whole pot to brew before you enjoy your first cup, and it even lets you select whether you want a normal or strong brew. I mean, it's so simple and quick to use, looks nice, and makes a great HOT cup of coffee. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.
