Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of order receipt. Bonsenkitchen will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.Typically, we will update the tracking information within 1 business days.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to US. For customers from Europe, please check out our products on local Amazon sites.

When will my order ship?

Typically orders ship within one to two business days of being placed. The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Depending on destination location, ground transit is one to five days. bonsenkitchen will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Bonsenkitchen will make every effort to ship your order according to the estimated lead time, but shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If there are any unexpected order processing delays, bonsenkitchen will contact you and provide a revised shipping estimate. This kind of situation rarely occurs.


What if I am not home to receive my order?

Orders are mainly shipped with FedEx Ground and do not require a signature upon delivery. We can change the shipping method if a customer requests to do so beforehand. And If you are not home to accept your package, FedEx will leave the delivery at your home in areas like your front porch, a side door, garage area, or with your leasing office at the driver’s discretion.


What if I want to cancel or change my order after I have submitted it?

In an effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible for our customers, orders are processed within 4 business hours of being submitted on the website so changes may not be made after that time. For questions about your order, please email support@bonsenkitchen.com. 


Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.


How do I return my order?

Please visit our Returns Policy for detailed return instructions and terms. All returns will require an RMA# to ensure proper processing. Bonsenkitchen will not issue credit or accept responsibility for lost returns or returns submitted without an RMA #.

Return &Exchange Policy

Welcome to our warranty page!you may be eligible to return your appliance to Bonsenkitchen within 30 days from receipt of shipment. Please email support@bonsenkitchen.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number and begin our Returns Process.

We’ll be more than happy to replace it for you if it breaks or refund you the full amount back. Since we just want everything to be as convenient as possible, However, we also want to make sure you get the right product and not a counterfeit or used one. So we just wanted you to know these points so you know what the warranty covers.

How if I Want To Exchange Within 30-Day?

If the bonsenkitchen product arrived defective,shipped the wrong item,please emial support@bonsenkitchen.com,we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label for your bonsenkitchen product to be returned to us and help to send you a new replacement within 3 business days. We will keep you informed with the shipping status and provide you with the tracking number.

If you received the product as a gift, just email us at support@bonsenkitchen.com with a photo of the defective item and your address, and the full name or email of the person who gifted it to you. We will attempt to locate the order for your warranty.

How if I Want To Return Within 30-Day?

If the product isn’t meeting your expectations, please email support@bonsenkitchen.com within 30-days of receipt. We will help you to either return or exchange your product.The product must be unused and shipped back to us with all original packaging and accessories.Your original form of payment will be refunded in full once the full return is complete. 

If the 30-day return has passed, and your product is still under one year warranty, email support@bonsenkitchen.com for warranty service or to schedule a repair. 


How Soon Will I Get My Refund?

We will issue a full refund within 3-5 business days once the return process is completed.
