All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Bonsenkitchen is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If you want to purchase the product outside the United States, please contact our customer service first,we will calculate the shipping for you.
Bonsenkitchen is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Item(s) must be purchased from www.bonsenkitchen.com.
Items must be returned within 30 days and include all packaging and contents.
International orders are not eligible for returns.
Returned orders must have an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before the order is returned to Bonsenkitchen
Please include all used and unused products to receive a refund.
Refund will be returned to the same card when you use to place the order.
Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance on returns, except where defective or mis-shipped products are sent.
We do not refund shipping costs in either direction.
Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be processed.
If our shipping carrier attempts delivery to you and you don't get it because you’re not there, wrong address, moved without notifying us, and the package returns back to our warehouse, it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay the shipping fee to reship the order. When you receive your tracking #, please keep an eye out for the package.
