How do I pay for my order? 

Credit Cards 

For credit card payments, we accept VISA, EuroCard, Mastercard, and JCB. 


Debit Card 


We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Amex debit cards in Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia. 

In the United States, we accept those in addition to JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit cards. 


PayPal

If you don’t have a credit card, you could also use PayPal directly in our webshop.If you have any problem about payment,feel free to contact us.

Where can I find a discount code?

We sometimes provide coupons on our social media sites: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram. You can check these to see if Bonsenkitchen has any current promotions. You are welcome to follow our social media accounts and subscribe us. 

How long will it take for the duplicate payment to be paid back to me?

It will take up to 15 days for refund to be issued, but it is quite often sooner (within 3-5 working days) dependant on your card issuer. 

Are there any other additional fees?

No. There are no other processing or additional fees.

Shipping

When will my order ship out?

Orders have a processing time of 2-4 business days. Once dispatched, an email will be sent containing the tracking number for the parcel. 

Which shipping carrier is used?

US customers: we usually ship orders from Texas,CA,United States via FedEx or USPS. 


EU customers: we ship orders from United Kingdom/German via DHL or UPS.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has left the warehouse, we will send you a dispatch notification with tracking information from the carrier with a link to their website.

What are the standard delivery times?

Overall shipping times vary depending on location. Some general estimates would be: 


EU: 5-7 business days 

US: 5-7 business days 

Canada: 7-14 business days 

Rest of world: 14-19 business days

Can I request a specific date or time slot for my delivery to arrive?

We currently are unable to cater to that request.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges vary based on your location and the products you have purchased. For an accurate estimate of shipping charges please proceed through the checkout process, entering in your items and address.

Order

Has my order been successful?

All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes. If you have not received your order confirmation email, check your junk email or spam folder.Otherwise, Please contact our Customer Support Team at support@bonsenkitchen.com for assistance.

What should I do if I'm having trouble placing an order?

For any technical difficulties you are experiencing with our website, Please contact our Customer Support Team at support@bonsenkitchen.com 

I forgot to add an item to my order. Can I add it to my existing order or must I place second order?

Unfortunately you are not able to add extra items to an order that has already been made.Please place a second order.

Will I get a refund if I cancel my pre-order?

Once the payment done, cancellation is not allowed.  

Can I get an invoice of my order?

Yes, you can. You can receive it after placing an order via our Online payment form.

Do you offer discounts on bulk amounts?

Yes, on orders of 50 or more we are able to provide a discount. Please contact support@bonsenkitchen.com for a quote.  

Is the product in stock?

We strive to maintain sufficient inventory to meet your needs. In the rare case that a product is out of stock, you will be notified at the time of your order. We will then do everything we can to ensure that your order is fulfilled within 30 days. You will not be charged until your order has shipped. 

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order please contact us at support@bonsenkitchen.com. Please keep in mind that we strive to process and ship orders the same day, and once the order has shipped you will be subject to our return policy. 

My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?

We guarantee that at the time of shipment that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. 


 Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the product if your shipment is damaged. Unfortunately after this period or if the product was not stored as directed on the datasheet, we are unable to honor a warranty claim. 


 If Bonsenkitchen determines that there was a defect in the product sold to you, we will replace the product free of charge, or provide a full refund of the invoice price of the product.
